Martin Freedman head guide and owner. I became a guide because I love to be on the river and share what I know. I love to see others enjoying one of the best fly fishing on earth and surrounding by real nature of the National Park in Patagonia! I’m an honorary Wildlife Ranger and Fishing Rangers Chief from Patagonia, Rio Negro Province. I’m the teacher director of the Fly Fishing Guides Navigation River Programs and co-founder since 1999 of the Fly Fishing Guides Association of Patagonia and Nahuel Huapi National Park”.
In its June 2013 edition “Trout & Salmon” magazine listed “Outfitters Patagonia” like the top fly fishing guide service in Bariloche Patagonia Argentina and it highlighted that we provide a truly personal experience to our anglers.

Boats and Equipment Offered. We use Drift boats and Hy-Side Catarafts when floating, with swivel seats, anchor systems and dry storage. These boats were designed specifically for fly fishing and are a pleasure to fish from. Each team of guides maintains contact throughout the day with hand-held radios for communication and when we are in the most remote locations in case of emergencies we also carry 24hr a Satellite Phone to be connected no matter were we are and what we need. We also provide all necessary camping and Orvis fishing tackle as rods, reels, lines, waders, boots, etc at no charge. We continuously update our equipment and feel that it is a crucial part of our operation.
